Do not need to know everything about this type of work we can teach the right person
have a basic knowledge of tools
The job is digging out areas for walkways, patios, pool deck, some demolition, must be able to lift heavy weight, form up jobs with simple lumber, pour concrete from a truck "not bagged concrete", have the ability to move large to small rubber stamps a lot.
This is at times a part time job and at time a full time job, with full time pay
