Seeking highly qualified, energetic, curious, and motivated Assistant General Manager.
Competitive pay commensurate with position and experience. 401k matching and paid vacation available for viable candidates. We will hire the right candidate on a 90-day probation period with regular check-ins. At the end of the 90-day period, we hope to extend the right candidate a formal offer to join the team and move forward with us.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:
-Competitive pay commensurate with position and experience. Salary or hourly available depending on negotiations.
-401k matching and paid vacation available for viable candidates.
-30-50 hours/week. Hours and days negotiable. Standard weekly schedule with occasional changes.
-Minimum 5 years in the industry.
-Bar experience required.
-Kitchen and expediting experience preferred.
-Events and catering experience preferred.
-Management or leadership experience preferred.
-These requirements will be waived for an otherwise qualified candidate. We're not afraid to train.
-Three professional references, complete resume.
-Must be TIPS Certified, or willing to obtain it.
-Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed.
-Potential to work bar or serving shifts as needed.
-Ability to close the building down at shift close, including cash registers, reports, closing checklists.
Looking for someone with integrity, curiosity, intelligence, and strong work ethic. The right candidate will work well with the General Manager, Ownership, and other staff, while not being afraid to enforce rules and checklists.

-Sling Scheduling App
-Squarespace
-Standard Kitchen & Bar Equipment
