As the Head Chef at 3 Monkeys, you will lead our culinary team in creating delicious, high-quality dishes that reflect our coastal-Asian theme. This role is vital to ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience while upholding our standards of excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

- Develop and design seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.

- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

- Monitor food production processes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.

- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

- ServSafe Manager Certification

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

- Experience in menu development and inventory management is essential.

- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
