As an individual contributor, you will provide support to field sales personnel in account strategy development, quoting, and direct sales activities to ensure Philips presents a value-driven solution to the end customer while maintaining overall contract compliance.Your role:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of contract managers while providing guidance and oversight to resources outside the Government group, such as Legal, Business Units, Order Management, Project Management, Finance, and other departments to maintain overall contract compliance.
Utilizing knowledge of contract terms and Federal Acquisition Regulations to develop response strategies for complex Government proposal requests, in collaboration with Sales and the Proposal Center.
Monitor, add, and delete products and/or features from awarded contracts as product line offerings and structure change, while also monitoring company and GPO contract discount trends and updating discounts for assigned contracts to ensure compliance with Government agreement terms.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with Federal Government contracts, particularly Multiple Award Schedule IDIQs, Federal Supply Schedules, and GWACs for commercial products, with additional knowledge of GPOs and service contracts as a plus.
Your skills include strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense FAR Supplement, Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreements Act. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and high productivity are essential, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), or equivalent experience within the Federal Contracts space is a plus.

You’re an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Office 365 and other specialized databases is also required.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $118,000 to $201,000The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $105,000 to $180,000The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
