About This Role:

As the Global Director, Evidence Generation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in advancing data generation initiatives for Friedreich's Ataxia and related areas. This position resides within the Medical Evidence Generation team and is central to driving collaboration, innovation, and excellence in research. You will lead partnerships and collaborative efforts with external stakeholders to generate disease and therapy-specific data, integrate novel endpoints like digital measures, and empower patients to produce Real-World Evidence (RWE). Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring alignment across teams and executing phase 4 clinical trials, data analysis and collaborative research with precision. By leveraging your deep knowledge of neurology, rare diseases, and evidence generation, you will directly contribute to shaping the future of personalized outcomes research and medical advancements. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment.What You’ll Do:Manage and lead partnerships and collaborative research projects with external stakeholders to advance disease and therapy data objectives.Drive the integration and validation of novel endpoints, including digital measures, to enhance personalized outcomes research.Accountable for designing and overseeing the execution of claims-based analyses, observational studies, and real-world evidence (RWE) studies.Lead and support Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP) forums, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.Direct the design and analysis of phase 4 Company Sponsored Clinical Trials and secondary data analysis from real-world data.Lead the collaboration with R&D team and Global brand team on data analytics initiatives (e.g. outcomes on subgroups, correlation of endpoints), including post hoc analysis, HEOR databases, and registry studies.Partner with scientific communication teams to craft narratives and interpret data analytics for impactful storytelling.Ensure seamless collaboration with regional and affiliate medical teams to align global medical strategies with regional activities.Actively contribute to advancing best practices in evidence generation and medical research methodologies.Travel as needed to foster partnerships, collaborations, and project execution.Who You Are:
