Looking to build lasting relationships with our contractors for years to come. Rates begin 11% of job for labor/ 15% with if doing the plumbing. Avg job pays out $1500-$4500. Jobs done in a day or two. All applicants must have General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance up to $1M and $1M respectively. Must provide lead certificates.
