Experienced Foreman for long standing and rapidly growing Tile and Masonry Business focused on high end residential and commercial new construction and remodel jobs throughout New England.
Are you a skilled leader with expertise in tile and masonry work? Do you thrive in managing crews and overseeing projects from start to finish? If so, we want you to join our team as a Foreman for our tile and masonry business, specializing in bathroom remodeling and new construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of installation, including quoting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Lead a crew of 4-5 workers, across multiple jobs simultaneously; ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tile and masonry work, with a strong understanding of installation techniques and materials.
- Previous experience in a leadership or foreman role, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide clear direction to crew members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality workmanship.
