Experienced in new and old work
Neat and clean in appearance with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism
Excellent customer service skills
Must be able to work well with others
Own tools including a cordless drill
Valid Drivers License
Dependable transportation
EPA RRP Certificate or willing to get it
