Handyman Required

Looking to add a reliable handyman ideally with some experience to join my property management team full time. Should be able to work on plumbing - clogs, sink, faucet replacements. Some electrical knowledge, changing fixtures, installing cameras. Should know how to do carpentry, dry wall hanging. Capable of working independantly. Learn on the job if you must but should have some basic knowledge of a job atleast. Salary comensurate with experience. 1099 full time or part time. Attitude toward work matters.
