Busy Builder/ Apartment Owner has opening for a person willing to do what is needed.
You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Fixing Screens, small plumbing repair, pick up supplies, painting, some small landscape.
Renovations of apartments, clean up, small repair, small landscape, install bushes, painting some scaping inside & decks .
Can be full time, part-time or by the job.
You will need very good references, clean record and not afraid of hard work. To work well with others.
Need your own truck and tools.
