Homeowner in Scituate is looking for a part time experienced (semi retired fine) carpenter/handyman for ongoing help maintaining a house in Scituate, Massachusetts. Lots of small repairs on a non-rush basis. This job can be a filler that you do on days of your choosing. I will be happy to pay for all materials needed for each job before it starts.
Experience replacing trim boards, siding, roof shingles required.
I have plenty of ladders on site and many tools.
Painting needed in some areas. Ability and willingness to work on ladders as required is required,
Based on skills we could get into larger projects if you want to consider.
You just submit hours and receipts weekly or I can give you a prepaid card for materials.
Again - we can work around any schedule issues you can basically do jobs when you want.
