Software Technical Support/Product Support Specialist:
We are looking for individuals to join our growing technical and support staff at our International Construction Project Management software company. We are seeking ambitious, diligent workers with solid writing, math, and computer-oriented skills. This is a software technical support, not hardware/IT support. Candidate(s) being offered a position will be expected to learn the software as soon as possible.
8AM-5PM shift. Being on time every day is a requirement of this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, helpful responses and troubleshooting assistance by phone and e-mail
- Assist non-technically oriented clients with the use of our Web-based software
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Contribute to projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of customer service
- Collaborate with customer support team members in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and demonstrate skills with our Application Software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR relevant experience
- one year of experience in help desk or customer service role preferred
- Demonstrate customer-service orientation and communication skills
- Aptitude for phone and e-mail based help-desk support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Office
- Preference given for people with computer technical savvy.
- Ability to work independently
