Job Description: Epoc Studios is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor specialized in strength and conditioning to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will coach results-driven group workouts designed to enhance participants' strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels.

Responsibilities: Lead engaging group exercise classes focused on strength and conditioning principles. Implement safe and predesigned exercise routines that are suitable for participants of varying fitness levels and abilities. Provide clear instruction, motivation, and feedback to participants to ensure proper technique and maximum workout benefits. Demonstrate exercises and techniques, offering modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate individual needs and limitations. Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters camaraderie and encourages participants to push beyond their limits. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in strength and conditioning to continually enhance participant experience. Assist with studio operations, including equipment setup, and cleanliness. Build rapport with participants, actively listening to their feedback and addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner. Uphold company policies and standards regarding safety, professionalism, and customer service. Attend staff meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.

Qualifications: Certification in group fitness instruction, preferably with a specialization in strength and conditioning (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Prior experience leading group exercise classes, with a focus on strength and conditioning training. Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants. CPR/AED certification required. Ability to adapt to diverse participant needs and modify exercises accordingly. Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
