Cleaning & Organization Specialist for Salon
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed cleaning and organization of all common salon areas.
Maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff by ensuring cleanliness and order.
Assist with light client interactions, including offering beverages, snacks, and other basic customer service tasks.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Awareness: Understands the importance of respect and professionalism in a client-facing environment.
- Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with both team members and clients to create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
- Intermediate English: Essential for effective communication with the team and clients, including offering refreshments and assisting with basic client needs.
Team Player: Works well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Positive Attitude: Open to constructive feedback, with a willingness to improve and grow in the role.
Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
An average of 35 to 40 hours per week
Salary:
$17/hour during training
$20/hour for 35-40 hours/week post-training
