Store Manager for Gas Station/Convenience Store in Lynn, MA
Job Duties Include:
- Handling cash, deposits, and registers
- Hiring, training, and supervising employees and store schedule
- Ensuring high level of customer service
- Completing daily paperwork and bank deposits
- Maintaining and ordering inventory
- Delegating and completing daily store tasks
- Reviewing store performance, sales, and inventory
- Working with DM and management to increase sales
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications Include:
- Previous Gas Station/Convenience Store management experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable form of transportation for work and bank deposit runs
- Some experience with computers (able to complete daily paperwork)
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 45lbs
