Camfield Estates, located in the heart of the South End, Boston Massachusetts is a community of 102 apartment and townhomes: offering one, two, three, and four bedroom living spaces. Camfield Tenants’ Association is looking to hire a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to link residents to the supportive services they may need to meet the terms of their lease and continue to live in the community.
Your Responsibilities
The RSC's primary responsibility is to provide aid to families that require assistance with navigating the referral and intake process for stabilization and other support services. Additionally, the RSC helps to create and maintain responsive community programs that take place on site. Programming currently includes a mobile health van, weekly food donations, English as a second language classes, and other programs for residents of all ages. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with special hours for evening/weekend meetings and events.
Your Qualifications
Overall, the role is best suited for a detail-oriented person seeking to help individuals and families with addressing their emergent, immediate, long-term goals and concerns; as they navigate towards improving their quality of life.
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Sociology with 3 or more years work experience is preferred. Or a combination of 5 years or more of applicable professional experience where there is demonstrable and effective skill set for working in the human services/case management and supportive services profession. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
