We are the lender, so there are no constraints as with conventional financing which enables us to react in a timely manner to meed the demands placed on the buyer by the property seller such as short sales, bank owned property and distress situations.
We only finance non owner occupied residential, commercial, all income producing properties, rehab/flip, ground up construction, land all types considered.
Lending area is Massachusetts, Rhode Island & New Hampshire. Loan sizes begin at $100,000 with terms from 6 - 12 months. Being a small family owned business we pride ourselves in approving and funding all loans right here in our office in Hanover, MA, so you can talk to the person approving and funding your loan! No working with someone out of state or unreachable! You will work directly with the owners who have many years of experience in the lending and Real Estate development business.
You have the flexibility to work from home at our Hanover office. You keep all of your commissions with the income potential of $100,000 - $300,000 per year. NO NMLS LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
