Spanish - English Interpreter at our office

WE WILL TRAIN. Seeking fluent speakers in Spanish and English to serve as telephone interpreters. Must have a very good vocabulary in both languages to speak with adjusters and claimants regarding all types of insur. claims (auto, prop. loss, WC, etc.). Very good to excellent English writing is needed, since you will also be translating and transcribing audio files when not interpreting. The position is part-time and we are looking to hire between the hours of 11 and 9 pm (3-4 days per week). Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment. The work is at our office in Westford, MA. THIS IS NOT REMOTE WORK- please don't ask.
