This opportunity entails working for the owner of various real estate projects and would include processing invoices, keeping records orderly for the business and other related tasks. There is potential for growth in responsibilities and hours if a candidate desires, but not mandatory. Someone good with communication, math and excel spreadsheets is preferred.
It is not necessary that you have any experience as an office manager or bookkeeping work as long as you meet the above criteria and have an eagerness to learn. The work environment will be within the business owner's home with my wife, 3 younger children and 2 dogs around often depending on the hours we agree upon for your work schedule. The current Office Manager has been with the business for 9+ years and had chose to work 8 am to 12 pm M-Th, with significant flexibility when her hours needed to change in a given week. She will likely help train the new candidate. The amount of hours to be worked is not so important as long as the work at hand is accomplished, thereby allowing an efficient candidate to work fewer hours in a given week/month for the same monthly pay.
