We are a small, well-established CPA firm seeking a dependable and detail-oriented office administrator to help keep our office running smoothly. We are looking to hire by the end of October. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working in a professional environment, and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
- Manage and order office supplies to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and assist with time and billing functions.
- Provide general administrative support to partners and staff.
- Enter client tax return data accurately into firm software.
Requirements:
- Prior office administration or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time availability with flexible scheduling.
- January through April (tax season): Hours will increase to support the firm’s busy season.
