North Shore HVAC company needs a person to track, write and coordinate Maintenance Contracts within our Service Department. Prior HVAC industry experience a must.
In addition to above, duties include: dispatch backup, answering phones, taking service calls, initiating service slips, parts procurement, issuing PO’s, invoicing. This is not a comprehensive list, but an accurate sample.
This is partly a sales position, so we are seeking someone even-tempered with a pleasant demeanor; willing to offer help to others, and ready to seek and accept help when needed.
Compensation: hourly wage based on current industry trends and level of experience.
