Our client, a real estate development company based in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Boston, temporary for approximately 3-6 months, full time hours Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and paying between $38-40/hour. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!ResponsibilitiesProvide daily administrative support to the EVPManage all business travel arrangements for the EVP.Process departmental invoices, vendor credentialing and EVP business expense reports.Attend internal/external meetings and take detailed notes for departmental review.Maintain daily Outlook calendars and email inboxes by coordinating meetings and appointments and returning email correspondence.Assist Executive Assistants from other departments with coverage and other admin responsibilities.Assist in organizing departmental initiatives, SOPs, and documentation within online library for streamlined communication and guides.Professionally represent the department through proper communication with all clients, vendors, and company employeesCreate job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (Lever), assist in scheduling interviews for the department leaders, monitor EVP approvals during hiring process, and prepare new hire orientation checklist for proper onboarding.Create comprehensive Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.Perform additional special assignments as needed.Requirements3-5 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detailAbility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the greater Development team.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
