Our client, a private equity firm located in Boston, MA, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and is compensating up to $43 an hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration, as they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage complex schedules, ensuring efficient use of time.Arrange internal and external meetings, including video conferences, conference calls, and in-person meetings.Organize and book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.Handle any changes or issues that arise during travel.Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company policies.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Draft, proofread, and edit documents and correspondence as needed.Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.Support team events and activities, including team meetings and off-site events.Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a private equity or investment firm.Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.Ability to pivot quickly and react promptly to changing circumstances.High level of discretion and professionalism.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
