Some of your assignments would include but are not limited to Making out staff schedules, Obtaining Insurance Pre-Authorizations (PA) and insurance verifications, Entering and updating referrals, Checking and communicating with our referral sources, Data entry in our EMR (Axxess), Communicating with our clients, co-workers, physicians and other facilities, superior customer service, and phone etiquette, Keeping our office neat tidy and organized.
