We are an environmental services company based out of Brookline, Massachusetts that sells specialty containers to the manufacturing sector throughout the USA.
As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for working with existing and new accounts, coordinating with the team in sales and customer service, and serving as the first point of contact.
In this position you will ensure that the day-to-day operational processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. These operations include but are not limited to working with the logistic brokers and assisting with all purchase and sales orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, Excel, Access)
- Quick books knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
