Unique Human Service Agency is looking for a Senior Case Manager for its foster care program. The position will include back up on call rotation and responsibilities for the supervision of staff, providing support to other case managers with therapeutic strategies to meet the youth’s needs, providing staffing supports to foster parents as needed, participating in weekly staff meetings, as well as having a half time case manager position and be responsible for a caseload of up to 8 children and youth residing in foster care.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of foster care, working with DCF, and trauma informed care. Must have a social work license (minimum of LSWA) or be able to be licensed within 6 months of hire.
