Job Title: Building Superintendent,
First Congregational Church of Winchester, 21 Church Street, Winchester, MA.
Position Status: 20 hours per week (requires occasional on-call work with supplemental pay)
Overview: Building Superintendent is responsible for keeping the church building and grounds safe, clean, and well maintained. Some technical and administrative skills required. Work includes event setup and breakdown. Position also includes frequent interaction with members of the church community.
Experience:
Must have one or more years’ experience in maintaining systems in, performing minor repairs on, and cleaning a large building. Certificates, licenses, registrations– include driver’s license and access to a car (preferred).
