Entry Level Assemblers - START ASAP $21/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:15pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test electromechanical components following route sheets, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
Utilize hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, hammers, cutters), specialized equipment, and perform tasks such as soldering, riveting, hypoting, calibrating, and inspection.
Ensure quality standards are met in both appearance and function of assembled products.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, defective materials, or unusual conditions to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety and PPE requirements.
Participate in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in training new employees as directed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs with reasonable accommodation and stand for extended periods.
