Engineer Wanted To Build Large Dehydrator

I want to build a large dehydrator. Only needs to reach 130 degrees or so (some controls would be nice so it can cool down in a controlled fashion). Need a smart, do it yourself style person who can build something safe and reliable to dehydrate large pieces of mycelium.
