I am representing myself in an active civil case in Suffolk Superior Court (Boston) involving a complex real estate and family dispute. I’m seeking part-time support from a qualified paralegal, law student, or consulting attorney to assist with:
Drafting and reviewing motions
Organizing court filings and exhibits
Legal research and procedural strategy
Potential court attendance as a silent support person/note-taker
This is a document-heavy, emotionally charged case where the opposing side has presented a sympathetic narrative that is contradicted by extensive records. I have strong documentation and legal standing, but require support to present the case clearly and professionally.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Massachusetts civil litigation knowledge (or coursework in procedure)
Strong writing and research skills
Attention to detail and discretion
Comfort working with a pro se litigant
Willingness to sign a basic NDA
Hourly or project-based billing accepted
Remote support is fine; local preferred
