We are seeking to hire a part-time legal assistant at our Framingham office. Duties include managing documents, answering phones, calendar upkeep, printing and mailing and data.
Candidate should have the following:
1. Reliable transportation to/from Framingham.
2. Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish
3. Familiarity with basic computer programs (i.e. Word, Excell, Google Workspace, Adobe)
4. Prior experience in an office setting, preferably a law office.
5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
