Paralegal and Attorney wanted for Civil Litigation (PI)

We represent a client in a personal injury matter which is proceeding to litigation. We are looking for a paralegal or experienced litigation assistant, and one attorney with experience in civil litigation/personal injury in Massachusetts. To start the hours will likely be 5-10 hours per week but as we proceed with discovery, etc., hours are anticipated to increase to 20 hours per week.
