Snow removal ! help wanted! Shovelers

Looking for snow removal help for this upcoming winter season. Paying $20/hr- paid by cash at the end of each storm. Must be reliable, and able to work long cold hours. We can pick up at Quincy adams train station if you do not drive. Due to previous issues, we are looking for people that have the right gear to stay in the cold.
