JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your Role:
Utilize computer and management skills to support employees, Interact with Charting Manager and Personnel to meet client needs.
Your Responsibilities:
-Tracking and inventory of all Deliveries
-Input of received material electronically into OMS
-Process employee expense reports
-All accident reporting: auto, employee and property damage
-Maintain and update operations filing system
-Answer all inquiries from the Charting team
-Interact with Production Manager to insure delivery of material in a timely manner
-Process vendor invoices including all payment tracking
-Maintain a high degree of safety standards and awareness of such
-Responsible for shipping and receiving materials.
-Employ conflict management skills as needed.
Your Qualifications:
-4+ years Administrative Experience
-Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook
-Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
-Good organizational skills, willing to take initiative and self-motivated.
The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $68,000. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
