Romeiro’s Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our team. All applicants should have knowledge and experience of all landscape components – reading blueprints and plans, lawn installation, use of required equipment. Crews will work together to successfully and profitably complete jobs on time and within budget under the direction of owners, superintendents, and project managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Foreman will supervise and manage landscape crew during the performance of all assigned work and ensure that each crew member is trained appropriately for each designated job assignment.
-Ensure that all equipment safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
-Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
-Interact with clientele to help ensure job satisfaction.
-Drive and maintain company vehicles and equipment (if applicable).
-Monitor all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance.
-Foremen responsible to track and record job expenses and hours worked accurately.
-Reports for duty at designated location on time each day.
-Maintain a clean and safe job site.
-In the off-season, responsible to carry out the instructions of a supervisor to aid in: snow and ice management, equipment and property maintenance.
Qualifications:
-Foreman minimum of 5 years’ experience
-Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Strong work ethic and willingness to travel
-Must have all required licenses and certifications
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
