We are a family of 3 (mother, father, 10 year old boy) and a small friendly dog. We have a nice home in Woburn and need help maintaining our household due to intensive work schedules and travel. We are looking for a house manager and keeper to take care of all aspects of the home.
Requirements: Must live within a 15min drive to Woburn and have a car.
Schedule:
2-4 hours Mon-Fri, totaling 10-20 hours / $250-$500 a week
Timing is flexible between 10am and 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Dishes, laundry, trash, ect
- Organization of basement, closets
- Making of appointments (cars, HVAC, repairs, landscaping, ect)
- Dropping off Amazon returns / mail
- Bathing small dog (optional) and occasional walking
Edit: I've gotten a lot of responses to this, so to help find the right candidate I'm posting a few questions below. If you could please answer the following questions in your email to me, we would really appreciate it.
1) Where do you live?
2) Do you have a car?
3) What is your schedule over the course of the week (other jobs, family responsibilities, ect)
4) You would be spending most of your time on the job doing regular tasks like laundry, dishes, tidying up, ect. Are you ok with this?
(The other tasks like organizing, making appointments, and repairs would be maybe 25% of the time)
5) Assuming no problems, can you see yourself doing this job for one year or more?
6) Do you enjoy a clean and organized house?
