Well established residential and commercial company that is growing rapidly is looking for reliable and qualified painters with solid skills for our job sites.
We do residential interior, exterior, and commercial. We are very busy, scheduling jobs out months in advance, and receiving new calls every day. Ladders are a daily part of the job, and working exterior you need to be able to deal with the weather conditions.
You must be able to perform the following: Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch and paint surfaces, buildings, and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water-proofing and heat resistant finishes. Tape, repair and apply texturing and acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces.
We offer friendly working environment with immediate start, weekly pay with occasional overtime. In return we ask that you are a hard worker, are self-motivated, and a self-sufficient team player. You should also be organized, detailed and have the ability to figure out solutions to problems when they arise. You should be a good listener and communicator, and be able to follow direction.
You are flexible; you can be the lead on a job (while working alongside your fellow co-workers), or follow another leader on a job, or work independently and not miss a deadline. You are professional and career minded.
Requirements: -A minimum of 3-5 years experience preferred -Valid driver's license & your own reliable transportation -Social Security Card or authorization to work in the United States -Have a good attitude and be on time.
