We at Black Anchor Handyman & Millwork are seeking a skilled and dedicated person to join our team. Established in 2022, Black Anchor is a family owned home improvement company serving the north shore of Boston.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail in executing projects ranging from general home repairs, to custom woodworking, to full room remodels. 3-5 years of applicable experience a must. The next member of the team will need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Requirements.
Proven experience in constructing and installing small scale cabinets/built-ins is a must.
Strong in all areas of finish work - baseboard, trim, crown molding, etc.
Handy in areas of general home repair.
Experience in replacing both interior and exterior doors and windows.
Confident in abilities and able to work independently as well as other team members.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Great communication skills.
Reliable transportation to various job sites as required.
Must have your own tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
