Fertilization Technician

In this role at Craig’s Landscaping Fertilizing Business, you will have the opportunity to manage yourself and actively participate in the operations of the fertilizing business. You will work on job sites, ensuring they meet quality standards, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Work independently on job sites following schedules, standards, and procedures
Understand and implement job specifications for each site
Routinely monitor sites for quality and make necessary adjustments
Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members
Thoroughly complete all paperwork
Requires:
Previous experience in fertilizing
Current or expected fertilizing license/certification
General knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and related equipment
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Hard-working, motivated, and a strong team player
Outstanding communication skills with customers
Valid driver’s license
