Experience in facilities management
Must be committed to a process of knowledge and skills development
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible
Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks and when using equipment and supplies
Assist others in lifting heavy equipment, supplies, etc., as directed or requested
Perform routine maintenance on grounds
Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
Comply with all facility safety protocols
Other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, drive a vehicle, use hands to type, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, bend, walk up and down stairs, talk, hear, and see. Employee must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
