Runs all aspects of Embroidery Department – Must have 3 Year minimum Industrial Embroidery Machine operation experience – NON-EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY
Including:
Directly supervise & coordinate the day to day activities of all Embroiderers, Packers, and Trimmers. Responsible for Training all.
Running of all embroidery machines
Ordering of all supplies, threads, backings, needles, hoops, etc.
Schedule and perform machine maintenance on embroidery machines
Counting of goods, verify product is correct
Maintenance of embroidery schedule
Delegate and review jobs for production before sewing.
Verify location, color, etc. before sewing
Random inspection of jobs to ensure that quality of work is meeting expectations
Resolve problems as they arise
In charge of training employees on correct procedures, running and maintaining equipment
Related embroidery tasks within production process as assigned by management
Review department employee performance
Report to management
