Sandra and Anthony Real Estate, LLC is seeking a motivated, hard working individual to provide cleaning services to (3) commercial buildings; all within a 4-mile radius, in Hudson and Marlborough, MA. These buildings have been renovated to maintain the historic charm of the buildings while making them attractive and modern for our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish paper products -Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and paper products for all 3 buildings
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
- Clean and maintain common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Safe driving record and reliable transportation to travel among (3) buildings
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as floor care machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

4 hour shift (either early morning or evening- employee's choice)
