Help Wanted: Front Desk (Dental Office)
We are an award-winning, high-tech, friendly and dynamic dental office looking for a dedicated and motivated front desk employee to join our team! This is a patient-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, warm, and able to create a welcoming environment for our patients and their families.
What We're Looking For:
- Team Player: We're a supportive, tight-knit team, and we need someone who enjoys working together and can pitch in when needed. No drama
- Friendly & Professional: Comfort with phone, text, and email communication is essential. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, and your friendly, professional attitude will help set the tone for their visit.
- Flexible & Willing to Learn: While the position is front desk-focused, we would love to cross-train new hires so that you can help in various ways throughout the office. If you're eager to learn, we’re willing to train you on the job!
Position Details:
- Hours: Mondays & Wednesdays from 7:45 am to 6 pm (hours may be flexible, but 7:45 am start time is needed)
- Starting Pay: $25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Paid Time Off, dental coverage, 401(k), paid holidays and snow days (no health insurance available for part-time employees)
- Job Responsibilities: Greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient information, assisting with patient communication via text/email, collecting payments, and more. Our office is fully digital, but we provide training for all our software programs.
