go on walks 2-3 days a week with my 82 year old father. It would be helping him dress for the weather, driving him to the woods. walking 30-40 minutes, driving him home. He has some Alzheimer's so he needs some reminders. When temps are less than 20 degrees, it would be playing pool or going to the gym.
