Position Overview:
In this multi-faceted role, you will support our medical team with patient care while also contributing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our busy practice. This position is ideal for individuals who are both compassionate caregivers and organized administrative professionals.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care Duties:
- Assist in patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Support patients during their visits and ensure their comfort and needs are met.
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA or Medical Assistant certification.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
