As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team and help us bring our culinary vision to life.

Position: Sous Chef

Role and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, ingredient selection, and maintaining high standards of food quality.

- Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring proper training, supervision, and development.

- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to our farm-to-table philosophy.

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

- Adapt to the evolving needs of the restaurant and contribute to menu development and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on fine dining and/or farm-to-table cuisine.

- Strong knowledge of various culinary techniques and kitchen operations.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- A creative approach to problem-solving and menu development.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
