Duties

Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently, providing solutions when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and culinary techniques to assist guests effectively.
Perform basic math calculations for order processing and payments.
Requirements
Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
