Full-Time Prep Cook - Commissary Location

Are you a skilled and reliable individual looking for a full-time prep cook position? Join the team behind Boston's beloved Blackbird Doughnuts and Sally's Sandwiches at our central commissary! In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating the delicious components for our popular offerings.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and assist with other food preparation tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour
- Paid sick time
- Paid vacation after 1 year of employment
