Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bartender or hospitality role is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and awareness of any special
promotions and allergens.
Efficient time management skills to handle multiple drink orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely service.
Thorough understanding and adherence to responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and
monitoring guest alcohol consumption.
Adaptability to thrive in a high-volume environment and collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team.
Flexible availability, especially during weekends and/or weekday mornings
Exhibit honesty, reliability, consistency, flexibility, and professionalism.
Positive attitude with a genuine love for hospitality and community.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests, providing detailed information about the drink menu and any specials.
Efficiently manage the bar area, including stocking and organizing supplies.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly.
Adapt to changing priorities and high-demand situations with composure and efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
