Mallebar Brasserie is seeking an experienced grill cook. We are a fine dining restaurant located in Plymouth's historic downtown district. We are open 5 nights a week for dinner service Tuesday - Saturday.
The ideal candidate would have grill experience, good knife skills and be an organized self-starter.
